Account & Data Deletion
Request deletion
You may request deletion of your CC Athletics Coach account and the personal information associated with it. A parent or legal guardian may also request deletion of information associated with a minor athlete under the adult's account.
How to submit a request
- From the App: Open Settings → Account → Delete Account and follow the instructions. If that option is temporarily unavailable, use the email method below.
- By email: Send an email from the address connected to the account to ccathleticsgroup@gmail.com with the subject CC Athletics Coach Account Deletion.
- Identify the account: Include the account email address and, where relevant, the name of the adult account holder. Do not email passwords, complete payment-card numbers, medical records, or government identification unless we specifically request a limited verification item through a secure method.
- Complete verification: We may ask for reasonable information to verify identity or authority to act for a minor before deleting data.
What we delete
After verification, we will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify information associated with the account, which may include:
Account profile Athlete profiles Chat history Saved practice plans Uploaded photos and videos App preferences
Information that may be retained
We may retain limited information where reasonably necessary or legally required, including transaction and tax records, fraud-prevention or security records, consent and waiver records, records needed to resolve a dispute, and information remaining temporarily in secure backups. Retained information will remain protected and will not be used for unrelated purposes.
Cancel subscriptions separately
Deleting the App or your CC Athletics account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed through Apple or Google. Cancel the subscription in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings before or after submitting the deletion request.
