Privacy Policy
Plain-language summary
CC Athletics Group uses personal information to operate our website, mobile app, athlete-development programs, camps, memberships, scheduling, purchases, customer support, and AI-powered coaching features. We do not knowingly permit children under 13 to create independent accounts. A parent, legal guardian, coach, or other authorized adult must manage an athlete's account and submissions.
This summary is provided for convenience. The complete policy below controls.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how CC Athletics Group ("CC Athletics," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information through:

C. Information from third parties
We may receive information from payment processors, app stores, scheduling platforms, form providers, authentication providers, analytics providers, social-media platforms, coaches, teams, parents or guardians, and other people or organizations that interact with the Services.
3. How we use information
We may use personal information to:
- create and manage accounts, athlete profiles, subscriptions, memberships, registrations, purchases, bookings, and facility access;
- provide and personalize AI-generated answers, practice plans, drills, educational material, recommendations, and analysis;
- process user-submitted photos, videos, audio, documents, and text for the feature the user requests;
- communicate about appointments, program updates, transactions, safety matters, account notices, and customer support;
- administer camps, clinics, lessons, teams, memberships, product orders, discounts, waivers, and in-person services;
- operate, maintain, troubleshoot, analyze, secure, and improve the Services;
- prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, policy violations, and threats to users or the public;
- send marketing communications where permitted by law and honor opt-out requests;
- create aggregated or de-identified statistics that do not reasonably identify an individual; and
- comply with law, enforce our agreements, and protect our legal rights.
4. AI features and user uploads
The App may use artificial intelligence to generate baseball or softball information, drills, practice plans, explanations, summaries, and observations about submitted material. To provide these features, prompts and uploads may be transmitted to cloud-hosting, storage, and AI service providers that process information for us.
Do not submit highly sensitive information to an AI feature. Do not enter Social Security numbers, complete payment-card information, medical records, account passwords, precise home addresses, or other information that is not necessary for a sports-development request.
We may review or use prompts, outputs, and related technical information to provide support, investigate misuse, evaluate quality and safety, and improve the Services. We do not knowingly use a child's personal information for targeted advertising. AI output may be inaccurate and is not a substitute for an in-person coach, certified athletic trainer, physician, attorney, league official, or other qualified professional.
5. How we disclose information
We may disclose personal information in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: companies that provide website and app hosting, databases, authentication, cloud storage, AI processing, analytics, communications, customer support, scheduling, forms, payment processing, security, and related infrastructure. These may include, as applicable, Squarespace, Acuity Scheduling, Stripe, Google, Apple, and other vendors used to operate the App.
- At your direction: when you choose to share a plan, message, report, athlete profile, or other content with a parent, guardian, coach, team, instructor, or another person.
- Programs and affiliated operations: with authorized CC Athletics personnel, instructors, coaches, or program operators who need the information to provide a purchased or requested service.
- Legal, safety, and enforcement purposes: when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, respond to a lawful request, investigate fraud or abuse, enforce agreements, or protect the rights, property, or safety of CC Athletics, users, athletes, or others.
- Business transactions: in connection with a financing, reorganization, merger, acquisition, transfer, sale, or similar business event, subject to appropriate protections.
- With consent: for another purpose disclosed to you when consent is requested.
CC Athletics does not knowingly sell personal information for monetary consideration. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of children under 13 for targeted advertising.
6. Cookies, analytics, and communications
Our website and App may use cookies, software development kits, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies for essential functions, account sessions, preferences, security, diagnostics, analytics, and communications. You may be able to limit cookies through your browser or device settings, but disabling essential technologies may prevent parts of the Services from working.
You may opt out of promotional emails by using the unsubscribe method in the message. Transactional, safety, account, and service-related messages may still be sent when necessary.
7. Children and youth athletes
Adult-managed accounts
Accounts, subscriptions, purchases, and uploads concerning a minor athlete must be created or managed by a parent, legal guardian, coach, or other adult who is authorized to act for the athlete.
- We do not knowingly permit a child under 13 to create an independent account or directly submit personal information without legally valid parental consent.
- Athletes under 18 may use the Services only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, or through an appropriately authorized coach-managed account.
- An adult who creates an athlete profile or uploads a minor's image, video, audio, or information represents that the adult has the legal authority and any required consent to do so.
- Parents or legal guardians may contact us to ask what personal information we maintain about their child, request correction or deletion, or withdraw consent for further collection.
- If we learn that personal information was collected from a child under 13 without required consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Because the Services relate to youth sports, parents and guardians should actively supervise a child's use and should not allow a child to disclose personal contact details, school schedules, precise location, medical information, or other sensitive information through open text, chat, or upload features.
8. Data retention and deletion
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including to maintain an account, provide requested services, complete transactions, preserve safety or waiver records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements.
- Account information and user content: generally retained while an account is active and for a reasonable period after closure or deletion, subject to backup cycles and legal requirements.
- Transaction, tax, waiver, safety, and dispute records: may be retained for the period required or permitted by law.
- Children's information: retained only as reasonably necessary for the specific activity or service and not indefinitely.
- Aggregated or de-identified data: may be retained where it cannot reasonably be used to identify an individual.
To request deletion of an App account and associated data, use the in-app deletion option when available or email ccathleticsgroup@gmail.com with the subject CC Athletics Coach Account Deletion. We may verify identity or authority before completing a request. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription; subscriptions must also be canceled through the applicable store.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No security method, transmission, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized use.
10. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; or appeal a response to a privacy request.
Submit a request by emailing ccathleticsgroup@gmail.com. Include enough information for us to identify the account and understand the request. We may need to verify identity, residency, or authority to act for another person. Authorized agents may be required to provide proof of authorization.
We will not unlawfully discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right.
11. Processing in the United States
CC Athletics is based in Ohio, United States. Information may be processed and stored in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. Those locations may have privacy laws different from the laws where you live.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Services, technology, vendors, or legal requirements change. The revised policy will be posted with a new effective date. When required, we will provide additional notice or request consent.
