Program Details

  • Each partnership runs for a 3-month term.

Lab Rats Developmental Program

The Lab Rats Developmental Program is built for players and families who want more than random reps. We are looking for baseball and softball players from 8U–13U who want to grow inside a development-first environment built on instruction, consistency, accountability, confidence, and culture.

Built for athletes who need real reps in hitting, fielding, throwing, movement, and game awareness without skipping the fundamentals.

Lab Rats is meant to blend team practices, skill work, athletic development, and culture so players keep growing on and off the field.
